**Primary Responsibility**
As a Head of Commercial, you will be responsible for maximizing On’s presence and growth across key wholesale and niche accounts in SEA, with focus in Singapore and Malaysia. Your mission is to deliver premium brand experience to consumers by ensuring our partners showcase On’s innovative products and storytelling in the most compelling way.
In this role, you will lead business development with key accounts, drive sell-in and sell-out growth, execute On’s brand strategy, and establish new ways of working to elevate our wholesale presence. You’ll work closely with account stakeholders and On’s internal teams across Singapore, Malaysia, and On Principle to achieve brand objectives and commercial targets.
**Areas of Responsibilities**
**Driving Business Growth & Strategic Account Management**
- Own the relationship and commercial performance of key wholesale and niche accounts in Singapore & Malaysia.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive revenue, sell-through, and brand visibility.
- Build and nurture strong B2B partnerships to strategically prospect, prioritize, and develop account partnerships.
- Leverage a data-driven approach to optimize assortment planning for footwear, apparel, and accessories.
**Delivering a Premium Consumer & Brand Experience**
- Ensure On’s premium brand presentation across all B2B partner channels (brick-and-mortar and online).
- Work with instore and digital teams to enhance storytelling, merchandising, and product placement.
- Identify consumer trends, emerging technologies, and growth opportunities to anticipate market shifts and act accordingly.
**Analytics & Data-Driven Decision Making**
- Develop and implement reporting structures and formats to track wholesale account performance, including sell-in, sell-out, stock levels, and key retail metrics.
- Work closely with wholesale partners to establish a streamlined reporting process and ensure timely data submissions monthly.
- Use collected data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in assortment planning, inventory management, and account growth.
- Provide internal stakeholders with clear, data-backed reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration & Business Leadership**
- Lead cross-functional work streams and business development projects, working closely with marketing, retail, and merchandising teams.
- Organize and lead seasonal sales meetings and tradeshows, ensuring key wholesale partners are engaged with the latest product innovations, brand stories, and commercial strategies.
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance, and merchandising teams) to orchestrate timely buy submissions by wholesale partners, aligning with product launch timelines and business objectives.
- Partner with Visual Merchandising and Retail teams to ensure best-in-class brand presentation across all B2B partner channels, both online and in-store.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment, stock replenishment, and demand planning for wholesale accounts.
- Act as the main point of contact for wholesale partners, providing exceptional service and solutions to optimize their business performance with On.
**Financial & Budget Management**
- Manage sales budgets, pricing strategies, and commercial terms for key accounts.
- Ensure financial targets are met while maintaining strong partner relationships.
- Monitor stock and inventory levels to drive efficiency and maximize sales opportunities.
Perform any other duties as assigned by Management to support store operations and business needs.
