Singapore EPAM Systems Full time

Your role will involve ensuring that documentation meets the needs of both technical and non-technical stakeholders, as well as supporting solutions, integration, ops, and app/platform design discussions.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze stakeholder needs to identify improvement opportunities
- Design and implement solutions, including process optimizations, automation, and digital systems
- Work with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and adoption
- Plan, manage, and track requirements throughout the project lifecycle
- Elicit, analyze, and document business needs to a sufficient level of detail
- Assess solution alternatives and validate their fit with business needs
- Manage conflicts, issues, and changes to maintain project alignment
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage expectations
- Prepare end-user documentation (training manuals, user guides, process flows)
- Lead system validation activities and user acceptance testing
- Review performance metrics and recommend optimizations
- Assist with technical design, specification, and solution documentation
- Maintain document repositories and contribute to project documentation

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Technical Communication, or a related field
- CCBA®, CBAP®, or equivalent certification preferred
- Proven track record in business analysis, solution design, and project lifecycle
- Proficiency in business process modeling tools and analysis techniques
- Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Agile methodology, BPM, CRM, data analytics, ERP, digital technologies, or knowledge management is advantageous
- Understanding of Singapore Government procurement and governance processes is a plus
- Experience in design thinking and workshop facilitation is beneficial
