**About Our Client**:
Our client is an integrated one-stop provider of M&E services such as extra low voltage (“ELV”), low voltage (“LV”) and high voltage (“HV”) electrical systems; air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation (“ACMV”) systems; and fire protection (“FP”) systems.

**What you'll be doing?**:

- **Contract Execution**:Lead the execution of contract progress, ensuring all aspects are managed efficiently and effectively.
- **Installation Oversight**:Monitor installation progress and coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery.
- **Progress Reporting**:Provide regular updates to the Project Manager on project progress and key milestones.
- **Quality Assurance**:Supervise works to ensure compliance with contract drawings and specifications, maintaining high standards throughout the project.
- **Documentation Management**:Prepare essential documents such as method statements, shop drawings, and work progress reports for M&E related works.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**:Coordinate with subcontractors and consultants on shop drawing preparation and submission, fostering strong working relationships.
- **Technical Support**:Assist in technical submissions and negotiations for materials, equipment, and labor procurement within budget constraints.
- **Problem Solving**:Engage in technical discussions with stakeholders to resolve site issues and ensure smooth project progression.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:Liaise with relevant authorities, subcontractors, and clients on inspections, testing requirements, and commissioning processes.
- **System Expertise**:Demonstrate proficiency in mechanical systems (VAV, VRV, cooling towers, chillers) and electrical systems (retrofit, renovation, lighting control, BMS).

- **Educational Background**:Holders of a Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualifications are encouraged to apply.
