**Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor or master’s degree in business or finance is preferred with minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience. Must be Familiar with Tableau and SAP FICO and Background knowledge in construction industry would be an added advantage.
- Responsible for bridging the gap between the business and information technology using data analytics software.
- Knowledge in implementing business intelligent technologies for construction.
- Able to determine business requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders for making strategic decisions.
- Detail oriented, analytical, and product management skill is required.

**Job Scope**
- The Business Analyst (BA) is responsible for gathering and understanding the business needs of our organisation within specific projects and operational improvement initiatives.
- The BA will work with Project Managers, IT teams and business teams to ensure that requirements are accurately translated into system implementations and that business processes are optimized where appropriate.
- The BA will define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming project team; establishing project budget.
- The BA will prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- The BA will Interpret, evaluate, and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making.
- Consult with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and plan milestones in the research, development, and implementation phases of the project life cycle.
- Strong understanding of advanced Tableau features including calculated fields, parameters, table calculations, row-level security, R integration, joins, data blending and dashboard actions.
- Involve in development of Tableau reports that provide clear visualizations of various industry-specific KPIs
