Business Analyst, Information Technology

**Key Responsibilities Will Include**:
- Translating business requirements and users’ needs into functional specifications and collaborating with developers to ensure requirements are incorporated into system design;
- Developing functional documentation, training materials and conducting end-user training;
- Supporting end-to-end project implementation, e.g., testing, installation, configuration, upgrades, rollout, user training and post-live support, etc.
- Required Education and Professional Qualifications:
- Degree holder of Business, Finance, Information Technology or relevant discipline;
- At least 3 years or more experience in business analysis and IT and supporting financial systems in a complex enterprise environment.
Preferred Qualifications and Experiences:
- A qualified accountant, with membership in a recognized professional accounting body;
- Sound knowledge of financial processes;
- Possessing a financial operations background with a strong interest and ability in systems would be highly preferable;
- Experience with SAP (FI/CO) is preferable;
- Experience in the Entertainment / Motion Pictures industry would be a definite advantage.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:
- Demonstrate strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills;
- Excellent command of written and spoken English;
- Flexibility and ability to work across a number of technologies, a fast learner with an inquisitive mind;
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision and think out of the box;
- Proactive, enthusiastic and enjoys interacting with people.
