**What you will be working on**
- You will be reporting to the Head of Safety. In this role, you will be part of the team who are responsible for engaging stakeholders, managing sport safety training, organizing outreach and educational programs, campaigns and collaterals; conducting surveys and field observations, data management and analysis, overseeing online tools, progams and social media; liaising with NSAs, event organizers and the general public. In this role, you will, A) Sports Safety Outreach & Promotion - To develop, coordinate the production and distribute safety educational materials and collaterals such as banners, posters, standees and guidebooks (from conceptualization to distribution) to enhance awareness of fire, workplace safety and health, water slides and sports safety. B) Safety Programs - To coordinate and arrange outreach programs on sports safety, workplace safety, fire safety, water quality for ActiveSG, schools and various stakeholders. - To manage the planning, promotion and implementation of effective sports safety programs such as the Sports Safety Champs program, RAMs program, Creative Awards etc. - To coordinate and collaborate with NSAs and external agenices/IHLs to promote sports safety for sports such as safety clinics, RAMs etc. - To plan and organize safety sharing sessions, training, seminars and workshops in SportSG and other external agencies. - To organize and collaborate with partners on roadshows, programs and events for outreach purposes. - To support ActiveSG’s events and programs on safety related matters such as risk assessments, validation exercises, engagement and deployment of safety volunteers. - To engage volunteers and arrange safety training for them so there is sufficient support for projects and initiatives. - To support and assist in outreach programs for SportSG’s Workplace Safety and Health Committee and recertification of ISO 45001. - To assist SportSG, NSA, co-shared faciltites on the implementation of safety programs and the safety management system. C) Incident Investigations and Management - To support in the investigation of sports incidents, gather information and documents and compilation of reports. - To arrange sharing sessions for learning of incidents to prevent recurrence of similar incidents. - To coordinate with the SPF, SCDF, hospitals and any necessary agencies regarding sporting incidents and attend Coroner’s Inquiry. D) Capability Building - To identify, introduce and arrange relevant sports safety training for ActiveSG and the sports fraternity such as fire safety, safety validation, incident and risk assessment management training. - To co-ordinate and promote lifesaving certification eg CPR and AED. - To coordinate and colloborate with specialists and vendors to review AED reports and submit recommendations to Management. E) Risk Management - To conduct risk assessment and safety validations for sporting events, facilities and activities. - To review risk assessment plans submitted by event organizers and facility owners. - To manage a group of safety volunteers to support SportSG events in risk assessment and validation. - To review safe practices, equipment and technology and make recommendations for enhancement within SportSG. - To introduce and write safety policies and procedures. F) Others - To manage ad-hoc projects such as research work with agencies, safety work groups and committees, inter-agency work groups and other agency collaborations. - To conduct surveillance and maintain a repository on all sports and workplace incidents including successful rescues for trend analysis, sharing with ActiveSG and Management including commendation awards. - To support team members with their projects and represent or act as Secretariat in the various work groups and committees. - To support the conduct of safety and emergency drills and table top exercises. - To provide reports regularly, and as requested, on the status and progress of initiatives.

**What we are looking for
