**What you can expect**

This TA Consultant position will support hiring for technology positions at all levels across multiple LOBs within Global Technology. This role partners with hiring managers and senior leaders to deliver to the talent acquisition needs of the business, drive effective talent acquisition strategies and brings best-in-class technical talent into the bank.

**What you will do**
- Own the end to end recruitment process for the business.
- Deliver consultative talent acquisition services including diversity outreach, research, market intelligence, sourcing strategies and client engagement.
- Practice continuous networking and pipelining in support of building a diverse bench of industry talent.
- Understand businesses to effectively identify and recruit talent with industry expertise.
- Champion talent acquisition operational excellence, compliance and diversity efforts.
- Use innovative techniques to meet the talent acquisition needs of the business.
- Develop sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of talent from a variety of sources, including search firm management.
- Supports TA Manager/lead with administrative and adhoc projects as needed.
- Ability to understand the technology industry and to effectively identify and recruit talent with contemporary data and technology expertise in various areas

**Your background**
- Minimum of a Bachelor Degree Required or equivalent experience
- Previous technology recruitment and stakeholder management experience.
- Strong client management skills and proven ability to develop credible relationships with both hiring managers and HR colleagues
- Outstanding communication skills and proactive approach to stakeholder management and status reporting
- Ability to prioritize in a highly pressurized environment
- Excellent attention to detail and take pride in accurate and timely completion of tasks
- Open, accountable and collaborative in working style
- Experience of working in a large global corporate environment
- Experience Team player
- Ability to build and develop connections and strong partnerships within the broader HR teams
