- Overall accountability for the Portfolios under his/her charge
- Lead the team of Building Managers, Property Officers and Technical Officers in the management and maintenance of the site. Monitors and ensures each staff discharges their duties diligently
- Ensure full compliance of Contract Specifications service level and KPIs
- Provide technical support to the team and assist client with the technical specifications for maintenance services or equipment replacement / upgrading works
- Provide project management support and advise to for minor A&A and M&E replacement works
- Lead HQ or client initiatives to value-add our services, improve work productivity, bring cost savings and improve sustainability effort
- Vet documents and submissions for accuracy and quality before they are sent to clients
- Ensure that Client’s instructions are properly are properly carried out
- Ensure that the Service are carried out in accordance with clients’s guidelines, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and statutory requirements
- Ensure public and tenants’ feedback and complaints are attended to according to the timeframe stipulated
- Prepare and submit Management Reports to clients
- Attend and follow up on crisis management
- Collation of information required (upon instructed by clients) from the sites
- Ensure that due diligence is observed and exercised on the maintenance and upkeep of the building installations and systems at site
- Ensure that the maintenance regimes and schedules of the site are carried out as planned
- Plan, organize and implement work programmes and projects as assigned by client
- Co-ordinate and execute maintenance and tenancy works promptly
- Budget, plan and execute yearly improvement works
- Ensure all facilities at the site are in good working condition at all times
- Ensure all safety aspects, eliminating risk of damage and fallen objects
- Ensure proper records of transactions and accounts relating to the management and maintenance of the sites
- Attend regular meetings with client representatives
