**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales-Oriented**:Generate and increase sales revenues, hitting sales targets.
- **Customer Liaison**:Provide expert guidance and support to customers regarding vehicle maintenance and repair services.
- **Service Coordination**:

- Facilitate vehicle check-in and check-out processes.
- Conduct test drives with customers to identify concerns or issues.
- Offer service recommendations, including intervals, warranties, and maintenance procedures.
- **Quotations and Pricing**:

- Prepare accurate cost estimates and repair quotes in accordance with the Singapore automobile industry.
- Strategically develop competitive pricing to maximize sales.
- **Customer Satisfaction**:

- Regularly update customers on the status of their vehicles.
- Follow up post-service to ensure satisfaction.
- Encourage positive customer reviews on Google.
- **Vehicle Quality Assurance**:

- Perform Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) to guarantee vehicle quality.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address any PDI rectifications.
- **Technical Expertise**:

- Troubleshoot basic vehicle faults and problems.
- Assist sales personnel with administrative and technical support during vehicle delivery.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**:Minimum of 2 years in a Singapore workshop or agent role.
- Class 3 driving license with 2 years of experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with customers and internal teams.
- Sales-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Proficient in preparing and managing service documentation.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
- Ability to speak English and mandarin fluently, other languages are a bonus.
