Workplace Technology Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- **Design and standardize **workplace and infrastructure solutions across the organization, ensuring alignment with **industry best practices **and **regulatory requirements **.
- **Implement and manage **workplace technology solutions, including **end-user devices **, **telephony **, **collaboration tools **, and **office productivity tools **(with a focus on **Microsoft 365 **and emerging technologies such as **Microsoft Co-Pilot **).
- Oversee the **Service Desk **operations to ensure efficient handling of **service requests **and **incident management **.
- **Drive service recovery **efforts for workplace technologies and infrastructure, minimizing downtime and service disruptions for both internal users and external customers.
- **Track and report on service provider SLAs **to ensure compliance and quality of service.
- **Evaluate and recommend new workplace technologies **, keeping up with **technology trends **and evolving **regulatory requirements **.

**Job Requirements**:

- **5+ years of experience **in managing **workplace technology **and **infrastructure **environments.
- Proven experience in **implementing and managing Microsoft infrastructure **tools (e.g., **Microsoft 365 **, **Active Directory **, **Azure AD **, **SCCM **, **endpoint management **).
- Strong understanding of **WAN routing protocols **, **QoS **, **COS **, and network protocols (e.g., **DHCP **, **TCP/IP **, **VPN **).
- **Certifications in Workplace Technology **and **Networking **are preferred (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco), but not mandatory.
- Solid **technical **, **analytical **, and **engineering **skills with hands-on experience in managing **workplace technology **and **network infrastructure **.
- **Customer service-centric **, with excellent communication skills to interact with non-technical users.
- Familiarity with the **ITIL framework **, **IT service management **concepts, and **Agile methodologies **.
