**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategy Development**:
Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.

**Content Creation**:
Develop engaging and compelling marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements.

**Digital Marketing**:
Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising.

Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.

**Event Coordination**:
Plan and execute marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.

Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure successful event execution.

**Brand Management**:
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials. Ensure all marketing activities align with the company’s brand guidelines and messaging.

**Analytics and Reporting**:
Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve future marketing efforts.

**Collaboration**:
Work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.

Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing projects.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Mailchimp).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and PPC best practices.

Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
