**Overview of Winfield Global Capital Pte Ltd**
Winfield Global Capital Pte Ltd (“WGC”) was established as a Multi Family Office in Singapore, with majority of the funds comes from Asia’s notable and most innovative founders across sectors. As a registered fund management company regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore, it provides one-stop-shop solution and flat fee model to bring clients beyond traditional bank models and access. It offers a full suite of investment access for clients who can investment comprehensively or opportunistically harnessing the power of the VCC structure.
**Position Overview**
The Co - CIO - Portfolio and Relationship Management will be a senior and experienced investment professional in charge of client relationships across Asia in particular Greater China region. This role will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring clients from his/her network that will lead to AUM growth of WGC’s EAM business. The role will be involving into the investment advisory as well as portfolio management.
**Specific Responsibilities**
- Responsible for developing business plans, defining market strategies, taking the lead in active acquisition and management of UHNW clients.
- Provide Wealth Management solutions or advice to Ultra High Net Worth Individual.
- Collaborate with other senior stakeholders, the investment and support functions, business partners and product/service team to ensure the delivery of business strategy.
- Understand clients and clients’ associates’ background and drive the Know Your Customer due diligence as a first line of defence, to fulfil related compliance and WGC’s internal requirements.
**Qualifications**
- Master’s degree in finance, accounting or audit, CFA/MBA is a plus;
- At least 10-15 years of experience in portfolio and relationship management within the private banking and wealth management sector.
- Solid and proven track record in portfolio management, asset growth and revenue generation with minimum AUM requirement of at least US$200mn.
- Capable of developing and executing a reasonable business plan with growth vision.
- Extensive market connections and thorough understanding of the market landscape, macro
regulatory environment and culture of the Greater China market.
- Proven leadership skills and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong client service and problem-solving mentality, able to swiftly identify and adapt to clients’ changing needs.
- Fluent in spoken English and Mandarin.
