The platform focuses on investing, acquiring, developing, constructing, managing, and operating real estate projects in fast-growing life sciences, innovation and R&D real estate markets in Asia-Pacific. The company operates within two main segments - a high-barrier-to-entry life sciences project construction management business and a specialized investment management business. Since the 2000s, the project construction management business has worked on over 200 projects in Asia-Pacific for more than 100 blue-chip life sciences and pharmaceutical companies, with many repeat clients.
We are looking for a Consolidation Finance Manager to join us
Reporting to the GM of Finance, the Consolidation Finance Manager is responsible for the consolidation and reporting at various levels in the group and also for certain standalone entities. Manage treasury related matters and maintain Customer, Supplier and Projects Master Data in our systems.
Your duties include but not limited to the following:
- Responsible for Financial Consolidation at various sub-levels and head office level for the group.- In charge of the financial books of sub-levels and head office level for the group.- Liaise with external accounting service providers, tax agents and internal staff, to deliver full sets of accounts and support audits and other reporting as needed- Budgeting and shareholder reporting- Liaise with Company secretary, bank loans compliance & bank KYC, tenant AML- Financial Statements Preparation: Prepare consolidated financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, etc) in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements- Consolidation Process: Develop, maintain and refine the consolidation process, ensuring accurate elimination of intercompany transactions- Maintenance of Customer, Supplier and Projects Master Data in both Yardi and IFS systems- Assist with ad hoc reports or work as required
Requirements- An accounting graduate with ACCA or CPA or similar professional qualification with 3-5 years experience in a similar capacity.- Highly knowledgeable in accounting standards and consolidation of accounts.- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint- Experience with IFS and Yardi systems is preferred- In-depth understanding of general and transactional accounting processes, cost accounting, financial/ management reporting, tax submissions, dealing with auditors and tax agents.- Experience in system implementation, process improvement, business analysis is desirable.- Problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to work through complex issues, guide and coach others in the resolution of problems.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to forge effective partnerships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
