Overview Join to apply for the Finance Manager, FP&A & Consolidation role at Nxera . Responsibilities Lead and support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidation process across multiple entities and regions. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS/GAAP. Manage intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translations, and equity accounting. Collaborate with regional finance teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting. Analyse consolidated business performance, identify trends and provide insights to senior leadership. Support external audit processes and liaise with auditors on consolidation-related matters. Drive continuous improvement in consolidation processes and reporting efficiency. Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate policies. Lead or support finance transformation initiatives related to consolidation and other statutory reporting. Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes across selected business units. Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making. Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive stakeholders. Support strategic initiatives including M&A, capital investments, and cost optimisation. Skills For Success Degree in Accounting or its equivalent with at least 6 years of relevant work experience. External audit experience and at least 2 years of working experience in financial consolidation and reporting in a MNC environment. Strong knowledge of IFRS/ Japanese GAAP and consolidation principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of SAP preferred. Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines. Stakeholder management capabilities.
