Assist Senior Butcher to operate and perform meat-cutting functions including trimming, deboning, portioning, slicing and processing according to specifications
- Ensure adequate stock to meet demand requirements and enforce strict delivery schedules
- Receive, inspect and store meat upon receipt
- Ensure that meat handling and storage procedures comply with hygiene and safety standards
- Maintain an organized and sanitary work environment
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required by management from time to time

Requirement
- Min 1-2 years’ experience in butchering
- Familiar in beef cutting is an advantage
- Able to work independently
- Able to work in cold room environment
