My Client Polymer is a market-neutral, multi-manager investment platform based in and focused on Asia. He combines established institutional support and deep knowledge of local financial markets with a dedication to discovering and developing the region's best investment talent. He was established in conjunction with PAG, one of the world's largest Asia-focused alternative asset managers, in 2019.

They are currently looking for a Compliance Analyst/Associate to join them.
- Perform trade surveillance, and scenario reviews
- Analyze transaction activity detected, document findings, and conduct reviews into any issue that may arise during the course of analysis.
- Escalate exception items noted during the review process to Head of Compliance Assist with the development of new surveillances to cover trade strategies or new risk priorities
- Assists in daily investment and risk restrictions monitoring, short positions reporting, and other periodic regulatory filings
- Work on regional surveillance projects including system UAT, new models discussion, or system development
- Conduct or assist with ad-hoc inspections and regulatory requests

**Requirements**:

- University graduate with major in Finance or Law or equivalent qualification
- At least 3-5 years' compliance experience in monitoring and surveillance is preferred
- Experience or specialization in an asset class such as Equities / Equities Derivatives / Futures
- Knowledge of APAC or US market regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including writing, with the ability to interact effectively with front and back office staff and senior management
- High attention to details
- Strong analytical and investigative skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under tight deadlines
- Proactive in identifying risks and proposing solutions. Strong computer skills including MS Office Suite Excel, Bloomberg
- Fluent in English
