We also offer after-school academic support to bridge learning gaps and ensure every child has access to quality education.

**Role Overview**

We are looking for a warm, driven, and persistent individual to join us as a **Family Befriender**. In this role, you'll play a key part in engaging with families, building trust, and guiding them through the sign-up process for our programmes. Your goal is to create meaningful relationships while consistently achieving sign-up targets.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Call and WhatsApp families to introduce and explain our programmes daily
- Build rapport and trust with families over time
- Consistently follow up with families to address concerns and encourage sign-up
- Be proactive and persistent in closing sign-ups and renewals
- Accurately update CRM records with each interactionComplete all administrative steps of the sign-up process

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**
- Number of families contactedNumber of successful sign-ups

**Requirements**:

- Strong communicator who is patient, persuasive, and passionate about helping families
- Organised and detail-oriented, with strong follow-up and admin skills
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, phone calls, and Hubspot CRMHighly responsive and proactive during designated work hours
