**Context of the role**

**Key Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Managing the onboarding and off-boarding of a truly global workforce exposing you to many different regions, cultures, and HR laws and customs - we have employees in 9 key hubs - Barcelona, Paris, London, Nairobi, Dubai, Singapore, Philippines, Shanghai & Dubai, and many more in over 20 additional countries
- Maintain our HRIS system with a high level of accuracy, upholding confidentiality requirements and data security at all times
- Produces contracts, employment letters & other status change documentation
- Champion collaborative cross-functional relationships with teams across Talent Acquisition, Business Partners, Finance, leadership, and hiring managers to deliver an exceptional experience to our employees.
- Production of data that drives business decisions

Alongside these critical day-to-day operational tasks, we offer a unique opportunity to be part of our HR transformation projects. We are on a continuous improvement journey as we automate and implement new practices, tools, and systems to consistently improve our service and support levels to all of our employees.

**What we're looking for?**
- A passion for employee experience and always providing exceptional levels of service
- High level of Microsoft Office Suite competency including at least intermediate Excel proficiency (Creating visual representations of data, creating & managing pivot tables, ability to organise data using SUMIF, COUNTIF, and VLOOKUP)
- Previous internship experience or work experience within a corporate environment would be highly beneficial, and previous HR team experience is a big plus
- Must be highly organised, independent, and able to prioritise tasks
- Clear written and verbal communication to a business / academic standard in English and Mandarin are essential
