Sports Dev Pte Ltd is a sports development company that owns and operates several football academies and other sport related businesses in Singapore and the region (South East Asia).

The company has 4 business pillars: Academies, Clubs, Events and Technology.

2 of our flagship academies are the Barça Academy (official football academy of FC Barcelona) and Sporting CP Football Academy (official football academy of Sporting Clube de Portugal).

Both Academies are for boys and girls aged six to eighteen.

Sports Dev Pte Ltd is currently hiring for a Customer Service Rep, to support its aggressive growth plans in the region.

**Job Title: Customer Service Representative
**Role**

As Sports Dev continues on its journey to becoming a regional powerhouse, we are looking for a Customer Service Rep to ensure that the player and family experience is optimized from the time they first contact the academy.

The role will be based out of Singapore and will report to the GM of the company.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

As Customer Service Rep, you will be responsible for all customer interactions with the back office of the company.

This will include but not be limited to:

- Support Business Development in converting leads generated by the marketing team to paying members of the academy.
- Invite and coordinate player trials at the academy and then send the players and their parents proposals to join the academy and communicate with them until they either convert to paying players or outright reject the offer made.
- Updating the master database with up to date information on each player based on their respective interactions with the customer service team
- Support the business development team in managing the database of new leads and existing players. This involves ensuring all details are correct and that status of each lead is up to date
- Process payments and send invoices to players who have paid
- Speaking to new prospects at the trials and selling our academy programs to them
- Any other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

**Qualifications, Experience & Skillsets**:

- Diploma in Business or a related field
- Possess high level of initiative and able to work under tight timelines
- At least 1 year experience in similar position
- Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Possess a natural ability to connect with people and must be comfortable interacting with and selling programs to parents.

**Monthly Salary Range**:$3500
