Principal - Hospital Services

**Position Overview**:We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Principal to lead our hospital services division within our renowned management consulting client. As a key member of their team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, providing exceptional advisory services, and fostering strong client relationships within the healthcare industry. **Responsibilities**:
**1. Business Development and Growth**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to expand their hospital services division's client base and market presence.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to set revenue targets and achieve sustainable business growth.

**2. Client Engagement and Advisory**:

- Lead client engagements by providing strategic insights, innovative solutions, and actionable recommendations in the field of hospital management and services.
- Conduct thorough analyses of healthcare systems, hospital operations, and healthcare trends to develop tailored consulting strategies for clients.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, effectively addressing their challenges and guiding them toward achieving operational excellence and improved patient outcomes.

**3. Thought Leadership**:

- Stay at the forefront of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies, and translate this knowledge into actionable insights for our clients.
- Contribute to the development of thought leadership content such as whitepapers, articles, and presentations to showcase the firm's expertise and credibility in hospital services consulting.

**4. Team Leadership and Mentorship**:

- Lead and manage a team of consultants, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Ensure the team's professional development through training, skill-building, and knowledge sharing.

**5. Project Management**:

- Oversee the successful execution of client projects, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives align with the overall business strategy.

**6. Client Relationship Management**:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as the main point of contact and continually identifying opportunities to add value to their operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare management consulting, with a specific focus on hospital services and operations.
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. A medical background is a plus.
- Proven track record of driving business growth, generating leads, and closing deals in the healthcare consulting industry.
- Strong understanding of hospital operations, patient care workflows, healthcare regulations, and industry trends.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives and stakeholders.
