Lendlease Singapore is currently searching for an experienced **Senior Fund Analyst**

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
**Responsibilities**:

- Work with senior members of the team on business development in global and regional commercial real estate sectors, exploring real estate opportunities to enhance the existing real estate portfolio
- Screen and evaluate deals, by performing market research, financial analysis and cash-flow modelling, investment feasibility studies, and making recommendations to the senior members of the team.
- Assist in managing transactions from origination to execution, from preparing management papers, to due diligence, negotiation, structuring, documentation and closing.
- Active monitoring of real estate markets in portfolio and pipeline geographies
- Provide support in the preparation of Company and regulatory reports where required.
- Preparation of annual strategic investment plans in accordance to market opportunities and available pipeline.

**Requirements & Competencies**:

- Preferably Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economic, Business or a similar discipline
- At least 3 years’ relevant working experience in investment and/or asset management in private open-ended real estate funds or REITs
- Experience in overseas property markets and transactions will be advantageous
- Strong financial modelling skills
- Strong collaboration, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail, with great written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong critical, analytical thinking and business acumen
