**AP Property Fund Management Pte Ltd **(A Member of PhillipCapital) is currently looking for a Senior Investment & Asset Management Analyst / Manager to support our growing business.
**Responsibilities**
- Originate, source and invest in real estate assets for Private Funds
- Good in presentation and preparation of IM
- Assist in fund marketing, administration and operations
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and financial modelling for real estate projects (Prior experience in development feasibility will be an advantage).
- Prepare presentations and investment committee approval papers
- Prepare quarterly updates and reporting to stakeholders
- Support deal evaluation, due diligence processes, and deal execution
- Assist in reviewing risk and exposure for portfolio/asset management function - liquidity analysis, sensitivity analysis, performance tracking
- Keep up with property, economics, and financial market research database
**Requirements**:
- Degree from a reputable University in Real Estate/ Finance/ Economics/ Business
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in capital markets, investment firm or transactional environment
- Highly meticulous and numerate with strong written, presentation and communication skills
- Self-motivated team player looking to thrive in a fast pace environment
