Join a growing kitchen that values craft, calm efficiency, and work-life balance. We’re looking for a **Commis Chef**to support our team during our focused, half-day service window. If you're eager to build strong kitchen fundamentals in a supportive, fast-moving environment — and want your afternoons off — this could be the role for you.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Daily food preparation, including mise en place, sauces, grilling, assembly and more
- Support service in a **modern open-concept kitchen**:

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and kitchen hygiene
- Follow recipes and SOPs to ensure consistency and quality
- Assist with stock checks, prep lists and kitchen closing duties

**Requirements**:

- Valid **Food Hygiene Certification**(required)
- Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn
- Ability to work efficiently and stay calm during busy hours
- Prior experience in a kitchen is a bonus, but not essential

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,800.00 per month
