The Health Services and Systems Research (HSSR) Programme in Duke-NUS Medical School is a centre of academic excellence for research and education on the organisation, funding and delivery of health services. The programme’s focus is on public health and clinical service innovation in an increasingly complex and connected world. The major research focus of HSSR is the organisation and delivery of health and social services in the context of an ageing population. The research methods include decision science and simulation modelling, survey research, qualitative research, health economics, and implementation science and evaluation. We are also developing a range of education activities for health care professionals including, short courses, graduate certificates, Masters course and PhD programmes.
- Work with clinical/research teams to conduct data collection, data analysis and manuscript writing.
- Support research relevant to the scope of the programme.
- Be responsible for project management.
- Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein or as assigned by the supervisor.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, or a topic relevant to health services research.
- Possess knowledge of quantitative and/or qualitative research methods.
- Prior experience in quantitative (e.g., SPSS, R) and/or qualitative data analysis (e.g., NVivo) would be advantageous.
- Have strong writing and critical thinking skills as well as good communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to learn grant and manuscript writing.
- A team player who is highly motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively in a diverse workforce.
