**RESPONSIBILITIES (E.g. Job Scope)**:

- Lead design coordination with client, consultant and authorities on behalf of Design and Build Contractor, review design submissions to ensure comply with design codes and contractual requirements, checking/assessments of ERSS/TBM mining instrumentation readings, review design and construction risk management and detailed design support (coordination with consultant, design of temporary structures associated with TBM activities, preparation of design report)
- Act as Risk Management Facilitator (when required and applicable) for the project to facilitate hazard identification and risk management sessions for the preparations of Safety submissions and monitor and update the hazards in the register to ensure all hazards are mitigated and closed.
- support tender and projects where required upon
- Other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time.

**REQUIREMENT (E.g. Qualifications, Certifications, Experience)**:

- At least 8 years of experience in the design of civil and structures for projects of similar scale and large diameter TBM.
- Possess Perform Design for Safety Professional Certificate.
- Must have the experience of design manager in Singapore Bored Tunnel projects
- Must have the experience of design manager/senior engineer in LTA MRT projects
