Tender Bidding Manager

We are a locally founded M&E company established for more than a decade. This role requires you to be the overall incharge of the Contract Department. For this role, you will report to the General Manager/Director.
**Responsibilities**:
- Source tendering information and make recommendations to the General Manager/ Director
- Lead quantity surveyors and other related staff for new qualification of tender, cost estimation, submission, tender pitching and provide add-value engineering solutions
- Develop, review and monitor compliance with contractual terms and conditions
- Handle the documentation of the tenders and ensure accurate and timely submissions
- Gather information, contract negotiation, pricing and payment schedules
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum 5 years or above of related experience in M&E
- Diploma/ Higer NITEC
- Independent, resourceful, self-motivated, hardworking and able to work in a team
- Able to work in a fast pace environment and handle tight deadlines
- Good oral and written English skills
- Proven track records of awarded projects
- Knowledge on M&E construction materials and procurement method
**Other Information**:
- 5.5 working days (Mon - Fri: 8:30am to 5:30pm, Every Sat: 8.30am to 1pm)
