**Job Title**
Senior Executive - Facilities Management
**Job Description Summary**
**About the Role**:
- Assist and manage CorpFM main processes, SOP and workflow - Administrator
- Assist and manage vendor contracts and performance review - Administrator
- Assist and manage CorpFM contracts - Contract Administrator
- Manage PPM and Reactive services for GOS and Local Remote Account
- Manage Ad-hoc request (minor MAC and A&A) for remote and GOS accounts
- Assist and set up mobilization team for new bids and redeployment (Coordinators, Technician and Handyman)
- Assist Account manager and management on New bids inclusive of gather, analyze and negotiate cost where needed, and participate on Bid site survey when necessary
- Assist Project Manager for site coordination work
- Cover to Key Site Lead / Site Coordinator for key site : Cargill, DTCC, RHB, Seagate, R&S and Thermofisher
- Report and Assist CorpFM management team on relevant FM duties
**About You**:
- Degree / Diploma / Higher Nitec in Building Services / Facilities Maintenance or Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 2 to 3 years relevant experience in property / estate / facilities management or building / facilities maintenance
- Knowledge in building works and facilities management
- Possess good communication skills in liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
