Manager, Corporate Communications

This role is central to enhancing our corporate reputation, driving impactful storytelling, and strengthening relationships with stakeholders, media, and the wider community.
Corporate Communications (60%)
- Develop and implement communication strategies to strengthen the company’s corporate brand and reputation.
- Manage media relations, draft press releases, and prepare key messaging for leadership.
- Oversee internal communications, including leadership messages, staff engagement campaigns, and intranet/employee updates.
- Craft speeches, presentations, and talking points for senior executives.
- Monitor industry trends and media coverage; provide timely reports and recommendations.
- Manage crisis communication planning and response.
- Ensure all communications are consistent, clear, and aligned with corporate values.
Charities & Community Engagement (40%)
- Plan, manage, and execute corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, employee volunteerism programs, and charity events.
- Evaluate potential charity partners to ensure alignment with company values and objectives.
- Develop storytelling content to showcase the impact of charitable initiatives internally and externally.
- Track, measure, and report on the impact of CSR activities.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- 7+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or CSR roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
- Passion for community engagement and social impact.
- Collaborative team player with a high degree of initiative.
- Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity when working with diverse partners.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
- Comfortable engaging with senior leadership, media, and external partners.
- Great stakeholder management, interpersonal, and networking skills.
- Experience working with charity organizations, foundations, or community partners.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
