We are looking for a Platform Manager to join our growing, high impact team in our office in Singapore.

**Responsibilities**
- Define and implement end-to-end requirements for trading and custody platforms
- Act as a single point of contact for engineers, sales, and stakeholders in electronic trading and custody processes
- Collaborate with technology delivery leads and business teams to convert requirements into detailed technical user stories
- Manage the platform roadmap, aligning delivery timelines with business goals, and oversee the entire digital product lifecycle
- Ensure the functioning of the platform, supervise its operation, build metrics for early issue identification, and conduct testing of new features
- Support sales trading team with execution of trading orders and client requests

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Business, Information Technology, or equivalent qualification
- 4+ years of product management experience, specializing in building and launching new products
- Previous experience in product design with a passion for creating high-quality user interactions
- Demonstrated success in managing digital initiatives that involve diverse stakeholders
- Strong understanding of trade execution and risk management with the ability to operate both independently and as a team player
