**Job Summary**
Part of the Center of Acceleration, the Client growth Team’s mission is to enable the scale faster.
As the cornerstone of sustainable profitability for both Client and DKSH, Client growth team ensures that we have solid business foundation, delivers superior client Experience, carves out strategic partnerships and drives the overall Client eco-system.
- As a key member of this team, the Senior Manager, Group Client Growth monitors our clients’ accounts performances including the creation of new tools and reports, ensures a seamless Client Growth ecosystem with our Client Management community across the region, develop solid category analysis and support the Client Growth Director to deliver superior client Experience. Finally, the position supports local team with the non-Key Regional Client accounts.
**General Responsibilities**
- The role of the Group Senior Client Growth Manager is to strongly contribute to our client portfolio profitability improvement.
- Financial contribution
- Deliver annual Group CG annual targets including but not restrictive: NSV, EBIT, NOC
- Improve our Key Regional Client P&L
- Operational contributions
- Participate in building the annual Client growth strategy along with the Group Client Growth Directors
- Ensure the right monitoring of our client performance and propose action plan to accelerate the growth or correct potential gap in collaboration with our local operation
- Oversee market research & business analyses, evaluate finding and assess strategic viability
- Support contract renewal process and facilitate deal closing
- Improve our client’s retention
- Internal contributions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, both local and global in identifying upselling opportunities
- Support the establishment of long-term relationship with our Key Regional Client and support LBUM with their Key Local Client
- Influence without authority all stakeholders with Client interaction
- Contribute to our Client manager training to ensure to ensure that the team has the right capabilities to achieve our common goals
**Functional Skills and Knowledge**
- 7 to 10 years' experience in a similar industry, especially in sales, marketing and/or business development
- Very good Business Acumen
- Demonstrate research and analytical skills
- Demonstrate client and/or customer account management skills
- to large-sized companies in similar industries
- Demonstrate strong understanding of the FMCG business
- Curious with strong analytical and presentation skills, assertive, good stakeholder management, problem solving, comfortable in complex environment
**Education**
- Degree in Business Studies/Marketing
- Masters in relevant field is a plus
