**Job Description:
The Showroom Sales Manager oversees the end-to-end operations of a store. He/she is responsible for driving the store's sales performance and service performance. He/She also engages in innovation and productivity initiatives for the store. He/she is responsible for developing business opportunities, managing the operational and service excellence plans. In order to drive seamless customer experience across channels, he/she oversees the order fulfilment processes for customers in store. He/She operates in a fast-paced, diverse and customer-centric store environment. He/She is a resourceful, driven and a service-oriented leader who is able to multi-task and manage store operations effectively. He/She also possesses strong people management skills and is able to engage with management and key stakeholders.

**Responsibilities:
- Manage showroom's sales performance
- Develop, evaluate and implement business strategies
- Interpret information on sales goals and targets
- Communicate scheduled sales reports in accordance with

organisational standards
- Lead with service vision
- Develop service operations to align with company’s goals
- Manage resources to ensure smooth running of showroom

operations
- Manage and review store operations and processes
- Integrate business continuity management into retail operations
- Manage in-store service performance
- Optimise workforce for service excellence
- Develop a service recovery framework
- Manage service brand, analyse service quality and customer

satisfaction
- Establish rapport and cultivate relationship with customers
- Monitor merchandising presentation and visual display
- Researching and developing market opportunities and plans, understand market requirements, identify market trends
- Analyse new market trends, business opportunities and market

segments
- Research and analyse business opportunities
- Review historical sales and market trends to forecast sales
- Manage crisis situations
- Develop budget and evaluate business financial performance
- Develop, plan and evaluate business strategies on cost effectiveness
- Prepare detailed reports and performance
- Lead and motivate team to contribute to productivity improvement

and innovation

**Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Management, or any related field
- 3 - 5 years of retail experience
- Proven track record of attaining sales target, success in strategic planning

and problem solving
- Engaging, positive and motivating communication skills
- Customer-focused with strong communications and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Knowledge of retail management and procedures
- Experience in managing a team
