**Job Description**:
**The Opportunity**
We, at Flywire, are seeking a **_Partner Operations Specialist_** - to help us handle and process our growing volume of cross-border payments in APAC. You will help process payments globally through partner accounts Flywire have around the world.
- Payment reconciliation against customer requests
- Control flow of funds from our Payment Partners
- Work in the operational implementation of new payment capabilities
- Bring qualitative and quantitative feedback to team to inform decision-making
- Face challenges and work independently
- Use of data to back up new initiatives and projects.
**Qualifications**:
**Here’s What We’re Looking For**:
- Business Administration, Economics or similar degree
- Working experience in Financial services or operations
- Experience in account implementations or similar projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build processes, identifying inefficiencies and potential risks
- Experience with data analysis tools like Looker will be a good to have
