We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented **Product & Business Analyst **to join us. In this role, you will help bridge the gap between product design, business goals and technology solutions, working closely with stakeholders to analyze business processes, identify gaps and help develop technology-driven wealth management solutions. You will ensure that our wealthtech product align with both customer needs and business goals.

**Key Responsibilities:
- **Business & Process Analysis**: Research and analyze business and user workflows in wealth tech and financial planning.
- **Requirements Gathering**: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product managers, developers, and business teams to gather, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements in each release.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**: Use data analysis to identify trends in customer behaviour, product performance, and business operations. Provide actionable insights to improve product viability.
- **Solution Design**: Work closely with product development and engineering teams to propose and design solutions that fulfil business requirements, improve platforms design and customer interfaces.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating technical details into business language and vice versa.
- **Market Research & Industry Trends**: Stay updated on trends in the Wealthtech space, including new technologies, new features, and customer expectations to ensure our products stay competitive.
- **System Testing & Quality Assurance**: Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure new features and products meet business objectives and deliver a smooth experience for end users.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology or related fields.
- 1-3 years in product analytics or business analyst roles.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio).
- Familiarity with programming, SQL and data visualization tools will be preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of securities and financial products will be preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas to both business and technical teams.
