Our client is a **global medical device manufacturer** and they are looking for a **Logistics Executive **who reports to the Logistics & Supply Chain Manager with primary role to ensure accurate import and export processes into the APAC region.

**JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)**
- Create, document, publish and actively manage shipping procedures.
- Manage import export shipments made through Parcel carriers (UPS, FedEx) and Freight Forwarders.
- Collaborate with Sales Operations teams to ensure shipment compliance.
- Know and follow Import Export Compliance rules as dictated by law, regulation, and company policy.
- Understand and follow HAZMAT export rules and DGM procedures (mostly lithium).
- Create and manage export documents to ensure timely delivery of international shipments.
- Understand shipping schedule for international orders, collaborate with distribution center to understand order status so that enough time is available for all documents to be created for order shipping.
- Identify cost effective shipping lanes into international region
- Liaising with warehouse for arrangement of daily local delivery route
- Assist with Goods Receiving of weekly importation into warehouse

**REQUIREMENTS**
- **Oracle ERP skills and experience**:

- **Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel**:

- **International Logistics experience, experience in both import and export documentation and transactions for air and sea freight.**:

- Experience with Automated Export Systems (AES) a plus
- Detailed oriented, strong organizational skills, strong sense of urgency, and the ability to work with strict deadlines.
- Ability to function in a high pressure, highly unstructured environment
- Ability to multitask
- Strong follow up skills with a focus on results and quality of work
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Duty Drawback procedures a plus

**Required / Preferred Education, Skills and Experience**:

- **5+ years working experience in Warehouse and Logistics related environment**:

- **Hands-on in warehouse operations**:

- Detail-oriented, independent, and hardworking
- Strong ethics & professional integrity required
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to excel with limited supervision, but willing and able to seek advice and guidance as and when required.
- Willingness to take ownership of task assigned and strive for continuous improvement
- Strong sense of teamwork and willing to help across different business functions when required
- Able to work and perform well even under stress

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,400.00 per month
