**What is the job about?**
**Human Resource Generalist**

This role is an integral part in Organization’s HR team dealing with Customer Facing matters such as Performance Management, People Engagement and talent management to achieve shared organizational objectives. The incumbent will be working with stakeholders to shape and implement effective people strategies and activities within the Organization.
- Lead Performance Management such as implementation, communication and coach line managers/supervisor
- Lead People Engagement by driving Culture change and planning activities to engage the workforce
- Manage internal policies in line with government regulations (e.g. retirement, leave, etc.) and recommend best practices
- Lead overall benefits program and participate in external consultants’ benchmarking exercise
- Lead process improvements in HR
- Manage all communications such as announcements, dialogue sessions, town halls
- Lead HR audits/meetings (int/ext)
**What do you need to apply?**
- Strong and proven analytical skills
- Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
- Excellence in influencing senior stakeholders, conceptualizing and shaping strategies, challenging perceptions and expanding points of view, while weaving the people agenda into strategies and initiatives to ensure buy-in ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines
- Self-motivation, accountability and efficient execution, with a knack for optimizing processes and pragmatic problem-solving.
- Resilience and maturity in dealing with change/uncertainty and delivering results in challenging environments.
