**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review and enhance training materials based on learner and stakeholder feedback
- Ensure curriculum aligns with **adult learning principles**and complies with regulatory standards
- Conduct research to identify skills gaps and inform future training programmes
- Support documentation processes in line with organisational and SSG guidelines
- Contribute to curriculum improvement initiatives and internal discussions

**Key Requirements**:

- WSQ **DACE**or **DDDLP**certification is **required**:

- Strong knowledge of **adult learning methodologies**and instructional design practices
- Prior experience in curriculum development, training design, or education is essential
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and project planning skills
- Meticulous and confident in handling curriculum documentation
