**Roles & Responsibilities**

The Restaurant Manager is leading a team to achieve and the outlet's key performance result and excel beyond the incentive scheme. He/she is contributes to every aspect of the day-to-day running of the restaurant as well as planning for its future success. You will support the team on shift and behind the scenes, helping them to create fantastic moments and feelings for our customers; and ensure operational efficiency.
- Lead, develop and motivate the restaurant team to deliver the restaurant's experience
- Ensure company policy and guideline is appropriate communicate to team members
- Manpower planning and ensure smooth daily operations
- Work closely and harmony with Chefs to deliver amazing food and ensure high level of customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory and order stocks to ensure all products are available for events
- Keep restaurant beautiful, safe, clean and ensure correct legal procedures/guideline is follow
- Develop business strategic to increase the revenue for the outlet
- Restaurant administration, stock control, security and safety

**Requirements**:

- Certificate/Diploma/Degree in any field
- 3 Years relevant experience as supervisor and above in restaurant/hotel. working experience in managing a restaurant or a team will be an added advantages.
- Confident and positive, result Oriented
- Process high level of interpersonal skills
- Service oriented and customer-focused
- Problem solving skills, able to think on the feet
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be prepared to work on Sat/Sun/Public Holidays
