**Job Duties and Responsibilities**

**Student leadership, activities and records**
- Manage and mentor student clubs and international student chapters. (Where applicable)
- Manage the growth and bonding of student leaders.
- Mentor student leaders in organising campus-wide collaborative projects and campus club fairs.
- Manage leadership handover and election process of student clubs.
- Manage the use of venue, loan of equipment and materials.
- Support in the managing and operational matters for new international students
- Engage the Student Community.
- Organise training and learning opportunities to support academic learning.

**Organise student leadership development activities**
- Organise activities such as appreciation events, integration and team building events etc.

**Conduct STA orientation briefings for new cohorts**
- Organise integration programmes for new full-time students (certificate, diploma and degree cohorts) to facilitate student integration.

**Publicity and administration for Student Life**
- Regular communication with current students through social media and e-Newsletter.
- Create awareness of student life activities through regular publicity on campus.
- Regular update of communication materials (webpage, brochure, guide).
- Update event calendar, monthly statistics, and expenses.
- Manage student Life mailbox.

**Manage administration of Outpatient student medical insurance**
- Liaise with the Business Units to coordinate registration of students for insurance.
- Attend to student enquiries on insurance.
- Update on monthly statistics.

**Manage Mobility Desk for transfer students**
- Provide information and advice to transfer students on the university’s procedure and policies for mobility.
- Maintain mobility database, update mobility information packs for students and the website.

**Cross-functional projects**
- Contribute to institution-wide working groups and committees, as required.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects within Student Affairs, as required.
- Assist in Student Affairs events, as required.

**Manage Hostel Accommodation and Activities**
- Work closely with Hostel staff to ensure smooth check-in and check-out of PSBA students.
- Manage publicity of Hostel to new and existing international PSBA students.
- Liaise with Hostel staff to organise quarterly bonding activities for PSBA students staying at Hostel.
- Organise monthly social and bonding activities for student residents.

**Others**
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required by the company from time to time.

**Job requirements**
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
- 1 to 4 years of working experience will be an added advantage. (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.)
- Strong event management skills with ability to multi-task.
- Enjoy working with youths from different cultural backgrounds.
- Proactive team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant experience in a Private Education Industry environment would be an advantage.
- Willing to work after 6pm and weekends where needed.
