**Provider Recruitment Officer**
Inova Care International Inc oversees and manages daily operations for its clients, affiliate dental, pet, and medical facility partners, and vendors in connection with appointment booking, eligibility, benefit coverage and limitation, and claims adjudications associated with a wide range of medical and dental insurance products.
**Duties/Responsibilities**:
- **Provider Recruitment and Contracting**_
- Contribute to the team efforts to recruit, contract, and manage relationships with clinics, hospitals, dental clinics, veterinary providers, and ancillary care providers to create a comprehensive healthcare network across Singapore.
- **Network Expansion and Coverage**_
- Conducting market assessments to identify strategic opportunities for expanding the provider network based on geographic and specialty needs.
- Assess current network coverage to identify geographic or specialty gaps that need to be filled through targeted recruitment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure recruitment efforts align with operational needs and expansion plans.
- **Achievement of Provider Network Recruitment Objectives**_
- Align network development efforts with the company’s broader goals, ensuring that recruitment and retention targets are met or exceeded.
- **Reporting and Metrics**_
- Prepare detailed weekly and monthly reports on recruitment activities, network growth, and performance metrics. Ensure timely communication of progress and challenges to the provider relations team and senior management.
- **Quality Assurance and Compliance**_
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure providers meet the company’s quality standards and adhere to compliance regulations.
- **Relationship Development**_
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key healthcare providers to promote ongoing collaboration by effectively introducing Inova Care to providers and communicating the benefits of empanelment.
- **Other Responsibilities**_
- Perform additional tasks related to supporting the company’s growth and provider network objectives as required.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in Provider Recruitment
- Experience in Sales and Marketing are a highly recommended
- Willingness to travel to do field work assessment
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work independently and with minimum supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multi-task
**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 2 months
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
