  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, and interviews
  • Assist in sourcing and shortlisting potential candidates through online platforms and databases
  • Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment reports
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure smooth interview arrangements
  • Participate in recruitment campaigns, onboarding, and HR-related activities
  • Contribute to improving recruitment processes and candidate experience
