**Assistant Resident Success Manager**
The Assistant Resident Success Manager is responsible for driving acquisition of new residents, as well as retention, growth and engagement of existing residents.
**Your primary location will be Sentosa.**

What We're Looking For
As Core Collective grows we are looking for an Assistant Resident Success Manager to join the team.
Through consultative selling and proactive account management, the Assistant Resident Success Manager supports the Senior Resident Success Manager to drive sustainable revenue growth by attracting, onboarding and growing the resident community of top fitness, wellness, medical and lifestyle professionals.
Who are residents:
In Core Collective lingo, our customers are called Residents. Personal Trainers, Chiropractors, Pilate instructors, physiotherapists, etc. are a few examples of our residents who make up the community of health and wellness professionals.
What You’ll Be Doing
- For Sentosa: Preparing weekly outbound lead gen strategies, qualifying leads, conducting tours, sending proposals, nurturing leads through the pipeline to close.
- Presenting monthly report of the Lifetime Value and work hours of Sentosa residents and give recommendations on how to improve numbers.
- Managing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure that residents data are accurate, comprehensive and up-to-date to effectively and efficiently move and nurture leads along the pipeline including post-sales
- Effective implementation of 4Q for Sentosa residents to gather and address resident feedback with weekly insights and recommendations shared with the Senior Resident Success Manager
- Maintain complete and accurate Sentosa residents documentation in the Customer Management System (CMS) including but not limited to contract and renewal dates, resident rental rates, insurance, professional certifications
- Managing event space rental enquiries
- To prepare and send out 1 existing resident EDM per month
**Who You Are **
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in outbound and inbound sales or account management roles.
- Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to drive conversion and retention
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience building strong relationships.
- Proven track record of highly-professional customer service in a fast paced, dynamic environment able to find opportunities to upsell and cross sell
- Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues.
