**Objective**:
The Manager/Senior Manager leads the Professional Services Department and is responsible for all client onboarding projects.

**Job Description**:

- Effectively lead a growing team within the Services organization - recruiting, managing, and coaching a team with a diverse set of skills and backgrounds.
- Ensures that team members are trained, equipped and inspired to deliver excellent implementations.
- Ensures that team members are meeting utilisation and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Ensures that implementations are of high quality, delivered on-time, and within budget.
- Maintain a services backlog by supporting sales efforts and responding to service-only inquiries.
- Work with sales to position services and draft Statements of Work in support of sales pursuits.
- Make revisions to our onboarding strategy so that team members are able to get up to speed on product and process quickly.
- Brainstorm with the Product team on how to reduce our time to value through product enhancements.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to learn quickly.
- Experience in Enterprise Solution Implementation.
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to manage a large number of prospect situations simultaneously
- Following through deadlines and responsibilities
- Possess a keen eye for detail
- Possess excellent presentation skills
- System Integrator experience with big 4 consulting firms a plus
