Roles & Responsibilities

**Our client is a Life-science MNC, one of the leading players in the Trading & Distribution sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Corporate Planning Executive to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West.**

The Responsibles of the Corporate Planning Executive are:

- Handle relevant information or data collection in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with all relevant parties in preparing and reviewing data and reports.
- Reponsible in management reports consolidation and preparation which is related to business activities, sales progress, results and forecasts.
- Provide support in reviewing contracts.
- Provide support in effective coordination, reviewing and preparing monthly presentations for the CEO and other relevant stakeholders.
- Handle all office administration matters.
- Involve in full scope of training administration for employees.
- Responsible in documentation preparation for warranty charge back to the manufacturer.
- Assist marketing team in promotional tools, website and brochures preparation.

**Requirements**:

- Possess Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of corporate planning experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- **
Bilingual in English & Japanese with minimum JLPT N3 level to liaise with Japan HQ.**
- Comfortable to work under matrix reporting structure
