Our client is a leading Global Fintech Group which provides a full range of financial services. They are now looking for a Financial Controller who stationed in Singapore.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with and report to the CFO to manage key operational and reporting activities for one of the largest digital asset platforms globally.
- Take on strategic projects including the restructuring of the Group to comply with audit, regulatory, and listing requirements, manage the overall group accounting and finance, and liaise with other functional teams to design new operational flows
- To drive improvements in efficiency and structure of financial operations and reporting
- Manage various aspects of financial reporting for a digital-asset focused Fintech Company
- Working with consultants and advisors to design financial reporting structure for the Company's various entities globally
- Lead reporting team to prepare monthly management accounts, consolidated financial reports, and other FP&A duties
- Lead the Group's financial audit in accordance with US GAAP and/or IFRS

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, law or equivalent work experience
- At least 15 years of relevant working experience in Banking, Asset Management or Fund House
- Strong knowledge and expertise in the digital assets/fintech industry is highly preferred
- Transfer pricing and international tax experience would be a plus
- Experience with SOX compliance preferred
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
- A self-starter with strong interpersonal/communication skills, exercise sound judgment and be able to thrive in a dynamic work environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $200,000.00 - $260,000.00 per year
