**About the Role**

As an RM for Digital Assets and Innovation Business Unit, you will be growing the new Digital Assets portfolio and innovative business partnerships for Green Link Digital Bank via our new business unit product and solution offerings. This is a rare opportunity to be in the pioneering batch of Relationship Managers for Singapore’s inaugural wholesale digital bank. The role reports to the Head of Digital Assets and Innovation Business Unit.

**Responsibilities**
- **_Achieve revenue targets: _**Solicit and develop new accounts; achieve and exceed key financial targets set by management
- **_Create delightful digital customer experiences _**:Build up network of loyal customers for bank by being a trusted and dependable partner; understand customer needs and requirements and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver optimal solutions or propose new products
- **_Actively participate in adhoc projects: _**Represent Business Unit in adhoc projects such as new product developments, technical enhancements, industry landscaping to contribute to Bank’s success

**Requirements**:

- Prior relevant experience within Commercial/Enterprise Banking or in Non-Bank FI/ Fintech lenders serving corporate customers
- Experience in commercial loan, syndication financing and cash products
- Demonstrated records of overachieving sales target under high-pressured working environment whilst balanced with risk awareness and management; experience in credit memo writing and credit structuring
- Highly self-motivated to deliver work of highest standard with strong sense of commitment and accountability
- Strong ability to adapt to change
- Adaptable, analytical, and problem solver
- Energetic, customer service oriented
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong team player
