**Role Summary**:
The Senior Treasury Specialist will manage and optimize the company’s treasury operations, ensuring liquidity, cash management, risk management, and compliance with financial regulations. This role requires advanced analytical skills, deep knowledge of financial markets, and experience in implementing treasury best practices. The Senior Treasury Specialist will work closely with internal stakeholders and external financial institutions to drive the company's financial health and stability.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Cash and Liquidity Management**
- Monitor and manage daily cash positions, ensuring optimal cash flow and liquidity across accounts.
- Forecast cash requirements and develop strategies to meet short-term and long-term financial obligations.
- Oversee corporate debt such as short-term or long-term loan and evaluate available financial options.
- Identify and recommend investment and borrowing opportunities in line with company policy. Prepare periodic performance analysis.

**Banking Relationships**
- Maintain strong relationships with banking partners, ensuring efficient communication and negotiation of banking services and fees.
- Coordinate with banks on credit facilities, foreign exchange transactions, and other treasury-related activities.

**Risk Management and Compliance**
- Identify, measure, and mitigate financial risks, including foreign exchange, interest rate, and liquidity risks. Implement FX hedge according to asset/liability position.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, regulations, and treasury-related controls.
- Collaborate with the accounting and compliance teams to maintain accurate documentation and reporting standards.

**Treasury Operations and Systems**
- Manage and optimize treasury management systems and processes for efficiency and accuracy.
- Implement and maintain policies for cash management, forecasting, and reporting.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to streamline treasury workflows and reduce operational risks.

**Financial Reporting and Analysis**
- Prepare and analyze treasury reports, including cash flow forecasts, financial performance, and variance analyses.
- Support month-end and quarter-end closing activities, including reconciliations and reporting.
- Provide insights to senior management on cash flow trends, risks, and opportunities.

**Strategic Projects and EDB Claims**
- Support ad hoc projects related to treasury strategy, working capital optimization, and financial planning.
- Claim fixed asset investment (FAI) with EDB and liaise with auditor in respect of audited documents.

**Education Qualification & Essential Experiences**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., CTP, CFA) is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate treasury, finance, or banking, with a focus on cash management, forecasting, and risk management.
- Advanced knowledge of treasury management systems and financial modeling.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong financial knowledge of financial instruments, credit facilities and treasury best practices
