- Admin activities in the procurement workflow to raise purchase requisitions/orders etc
- Admin Activities in the receivable/payable workflow e.g. raising of invoice, ensure invoices are approve

- Filing Document

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in any field with at least 1 year of relevant admin or related experience

- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Competent in MS office
- Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently
