**About the Role**:
ATOP Academy is seeking passionate and dedicated Language Tutors to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering impactful and engaging lessons in English Language for Secondary or JC levels. This role is key to nurturing students’ language proficiency, communication skills, and academic performance in languages.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct dynamic and learner-focused lessons in English, aligned with the academy’s curriculum.
- Develop lesson materials, language exercises, and assessment tools tailored to students’ needs.
- Monitor student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback to support improvement.
- Motivate students to appreciate language learning and express themselves with clarity and confidence.
- Engage parents/guardians in meaningful communication regarding student development when needed.
- Participate in language curriculum development and contribute to enrichment programs or workshops.

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university, preferably from a Singapore local government university (e.g., NUS, NTU, SMU, SUSS, SIT, SUTD) or equivalent.
- Strong academic background in English Language.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English.
- Demonstrated passion for language education and youth development.
- Positive, approachable, and adaptable, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Prior teaching or tutoring experience is preferred.
