**About the Role**:
ATOP Academy is seeking passionate and experienced Management of Business (MOB) Tutors to join our academic team. You will be responsible for conducting engaging, exam-oriented lessons for Secondary or Junior College students. This role is essential in helping learners build a solid understanding of business concepts, improve case study analysis, and prepare effectively for examinations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver interactive and student-focused MOB lessons aligned with the MOE syllabus.
- Develop lesson materials, case study practices, and assessments to reinforce key concepts.
- Monitor student performance and provide timely feedback to guide progress.
- Break down complex business concepts into accessible and relatable content.
- Communicate with parents/guardians regarding student progress when required.
- Contribute to curriculum refinement and support academic enrichment initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field from a recognised university, preferably a Singapore local government university (e.g., NUS, NTU, SMU, SUSS, SIT, SUTD).
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to helping students succeed.
- Responsible, adaptable, and confident in classroom facilitation.
- Prior experience in teaching or tutoring MOB is preferred.
