Job Summary:
Labtechnic Testing Services Pte Ltd, renowed for pioneering the use of data to deliver insightful testing outcomes, is on the lookout for a dynamic Executive Assistant. This role is perfectly suited for someone with a solid foundation in chemistry science, paired with a keen sense for data analytics and business acumen. The Executive Assistant will be instrumental in supporting our Executive Director and playing a crucial role in the company's evolution into a data-centric organisation, enhancing our operational aspects with a focus on data-driven insights and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the transition to a data-driven analytics approach, including project management and strategy implementation.
- Engage in data analysis, reporting, and process optimization, using insights to drive business decisions.
- Provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to the Executive Director.
- Facilitate stragetic planning and executive in areas such as commercial expansion, operational efficiency and innovation.
- Act as a key liaison and coordinator among departments, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in data analytics, chemical engineering, and laboratory services.
- Take on additional responsibilities as required, adapting to the evolving needs of the company.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field
- Experience in data analysis and administrative role, preferably in a laboratory or chemical industry.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Solid understanding of chemistry and chemical processes.
- Exceptional organisational, time-management, and communication skills.
- Proactive and problem-solving approach to project management
